This was my second trip to Costa Rica. I first went sixteen years ago with my son and fell in love with this place. Things have changed so much. Most of Arenal is almost the same, but Quepos is vastly different and very disappointing. There is so much development there, and the park is now busier than Central Park, NYC. It's very sad to see this. But I guess it's inevitable, all things change and the locals need an income.

I was hoping to shoot some photos to inspire more work like I was able to in Hawaii and Norway, but since the country has changed so much and my feelings about it, I only have a few photos that I think could work.
This photo was taken in Arenal along a beautiful trail. I love the lush vegetation and the shape of the leaves and this flower.
